Distributor Policies
Minimum Order Amount
Product prices are based on the amount of traps order within a 12 month period. The more products you order within a 12 month period, the lower the prices per unit. If you don't place an order within your 12 month period you may get moved back into higher price brackets. There are 3 tiers of pricing: tier 1 is 100-250 units, tier 2 is 251-400 units, and tier 3 is 401+ units. Please contact your sales representative with any questions about pricing.
Shipping
Shipping costs for all traps, kits and products in retail packaging is covered by the buyer. CINCH offers our distributors a wide range of shipping options. Please consult with your sales representatives for shipping costs. If you are ordering bulk traps, CINCH will provide free UPS ground shipping. Anything other than UPS ground on bulk orders will be covered by the buyer. We also offer international shipping. Shipping terms may also be negotiated with your sales representative.
Payment
Full payment for goods and services before they are received is required unless otherwise negotiated with our sales representatives.
Return Policy
Please contact a Cinch Traps representative before returning any products. Cinch Traps LLC will accept returned products only if the products are damaged or have a problem due to manufacturing error.
Order Cancellation
Cinch Traps LLC reserves the right to assess any order cancellations. Once a product is shipped the return policy goes into affect.
